Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions of
Sale prior to purchasing
goods from our site:
1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling, We reserve the right to
change any advertised
price.
2. Prices shown are correct at the time of posting. You can
contact us to confirm prices,
if you wish.
3. All prices shown are including VAT, postage will be added
automatically to the final
order.
4. All products and services are subject to availability and
may be withdrawn at any
time.
5. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an
alternative.
6. This is not an exhaustive list of everything we carry, we
have lots of other
equipment. If you can't find what you're looking for on
the web site please contact us,
we will be glad to help.
7. Please contact us for availability of large quantities
(10+).
8. Deliveries will normally be made within 21 working days -
depending on stock
availability.
9. We will try and advise on any delay or if the item is not
available or in stock.
10. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit card.
11. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of
your purchase.
12. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our
power to do so, to
keep the details of your order secure, but in the
absence of negligence on our part we
cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer
if a third party procures unauthorized
access to any data you provide when accessing or
ordering from our site.
13. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in
transit please contact
us in writing.
14. In the case of non-delivery please wait 28 days from the date of
your order in case
it has been delayed.
15. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect good before
signing from the carrier.
If goods are signed for it is assumed that the
goods are to the customers satisfaction.
16. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and
contact us within 48 hours
of receipt. If your product is faulty on arrival,
please send it back within 10 days and
we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent
product if available, or if you prefer,
refund your money (your product should still be
in new condition and with the original
packaging, accessories and receipt). This is at
our discretion.
17. Please inspect for damage prior to accepting delivery. Carrier's
responsibility for
transit insurance terminates once a delivery has
been signed for. In the event of there
being signs of damage it must be signed for as
'goods damaged'.
18. We will request your name, address and postcode to enable us to
provide you with an
efficient service but we WILL NOT pass your name
and address to ANY third parties.
19. All goods supplied carry the manufacturers normal warranties and
are only covered for
the intended and stated usage.
20. Water sports are an enjoyable pursuit and covers a wide range of
activities from
recreational leisure to extreme high risk. It can
be very dangerous and at times life
threatening. Participants do so at there own risk
and we do not imply suitability or
otherwise for any product other than that stated
by the equipment manufacturer.
21. We do operate a returns policy that in the event of the item
being of incorrect size,
colour etc we will accept the product back, at
our discretion, and exchange for full
credit as long as it is returned to ourselves at
the customers expense and it is in as
new, unused and saleable condition.
22. Goods returned to ourselves at the customers expense must be as
new, unused and in
saleable condition, if this is not so, Camel
Canoe and Kayaks have the right to charge
for any losses.
23. All goods supplied remain the property of Camel Canoe and Kayaks
until payment is
received in full and we reserve the right to
charge 5% over the Bank base rate on
overdue accounts.

25. Where we offer an activity or training course either for sale or
as a promotion the
date on which the course or activity will take
place is at the discretion of the Camel
Canoe and Kayaks or its appointed third party
provider who shall endeavour to arrange a
mutually a suitable date, accepting that courses
& events may not be viable or practical
at certain times.
26. Where we offer as an agent an activity or training course either
for sale or as a
promotion being provided by a third party (that
fact being clear within the product
listing) then any dispute there after shall be
between the customer and the third party
provider. Full contact details shall be provided
of all third party companies upon
request.
NOTHING IN THE ABOVE GUARANTEE AFFECTS YOUR NORMAL, STATUTORY, LEGAL
RIGHTS
